MEET THE FOUNDER
DESHAUN LEE
DeShaun Lee is a University of Iowa football student-athlete, a starting Cornerback entering his senior year wearing #8. Originally from Belleville, Michigan, DeShaun has made Iowa his home — and when the opportunity came to wear the Hawkeye uniform, he knew he wanted to leave something behind that would last longer than his time on the field.
Growing up, mentors changed the trajectory of his life. Coaches, community members, and role models who showed up before he ever believed in himself. He never forgot that. Now, as his senior year approaches and the next chapter begins, DeShaun is building something that will outlast his time on the field.

Endless Impact Foundation exists to make sure no young person in Iowa City goes without one. Through mentorship, community events, and direct programming, we connect youth with role models who show up, not once, but consistently.
This isn’t charity. It’s a movement. And it starts with one person deciding to show up.

From the Field to the Community

DeShaun grew up in Belleville, Michigan surrounded by mentors who believed in him before he believed in himself. Those relationships shaped everything — his work ethic, his character, and his understanding of what it means to show up for someone.
Why Kids Matter to #8

Wearing #8 for the Iowa Hawkeyes gave DeShaun a platform he didn’t take lightly. He saw firsthand how much a college athlete’s attention and investment could mean to a young person. That realization became a calling.
